Radhika is a passionate teacher and has taught for many years in several different countries. While in the US, she taught Hindustani Music at Harvard Sangeet and MIT Swara, both South Asian music communities at Harvard and MIT respectively. She has also taught students in Singapore.
Currently based in Bangalore, Radhika has several students who are training to be performing artists, but also sppear for Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyala Exams. One of her student was selected in the Spicmacay Gurukul scheme where she had the opportunity to spend a month at the Gangubai Hangal Foundation, Hubli training under Pt. Ganapati Bhat.
Radhika has also mentored students at Kalkeri Sangeet Vidyalaya, a unique school for underpriviledged children near Dharwad.
Radhika is very passionate about spreading the love for Hindustani music and regularly conducts workshops, demonstrations and masters classes on various aspects of Hindustani music. She has developed her own music syllabus to introduce Hindustani music to children in an interesting and engaging manner. Her book titled 'Phulwari Geeton ki' has become very popular amongst children learning Hindustani music.
